Hmong Culture
Living in America have blinded us how important our language and culture is. On Multicultural day at my school, the Asian Club members were the majority to dress up and show off our culture. We walked around school with jingling bells and colorful clothes to show our pride. Not only did other ethnic learned about our culture but they were inspired to show pride in their own culture. Small gestures such as wearing traditional clothes can inspire and promote cultural awareness.
